By creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing a membership, or using the Wedly platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

1. About Wedly
Wedly is an online marketplace designed to help couples discover and connect with wedding professionals.
Wedly:
- Does not provide wedding services.
- Is not a party to agreements between vendors and couples.
- Does not guarantee bookings, inquiries, leads, revenue, or business growth.
- Does not act as an agent, employer, or representative of any vendor.
All contracts, payments, communications, and services are solely between vendors and their clients.

2. Creating an Account
You agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
Wedly may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Vendor Listings
All listings must accurately represent your business.
Information should remain current, including:
- Contact information
- Website
- Social media
- Pricing
- Service areas
- Availability
- Portfolio
Listings containing misleading or inaccurate information may be edited or removed.

4. Portfolio Images & AI Content
Wedly values authenticity.
Portfolio photos and videos should showcase your real work.
The following may not be used to represent your services:
- AI-generated wedding photos
- AI-generated venue images
- AI-generated floral designs
- AI-generated food or cake photos
- AI-generated décor
- AI-generated couples
- Any AI-generated image intended to portray actual work that has not been performed
AI-generated graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, educational graphics, and promotional artwork are permitted when they are clearly artistic or informational and not presented as real client work.

5. Ownership of Content
You may only upload content that:
- You created
- You own
- You have permission to use
Uploading copyrighted or stolen content is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Wedly permission to display, promote, and market your listings in connection with the platform.

6. Verification
Wedly may request documentation to verify your business.
This may include:
- Business registration
- Professional licensing
- Insurance (where applicable)
- Other supporting documentation
Providing false information may result in removal of your listing or Verified status.

7. Professional Conduct
Wedly is built on kindness, professionalism, collaboration, and trust.
Members are expected to:
- Treat couples respectfully.
- Treat fellow vendors respectfully.
- Communicate professionally.
- Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
- Help create a welcoming community.

8. Pricing Transparency
Pricing should accurately represent what couples can reasonably expect to invest.
Misleading pricing intended solely to generate inquiries is prohibited.

9. Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
The following are prohibited:
- Fake reviews
- Reviewing your own business
- Paying for dishonest reviews
- Posting reviews intended solely to damage another business
Wedly reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

10. Prohibited Content
The following is prohibited:
- False or misleading information
- Spam
- Copyright infringement
- AI-generated portfolio images representing real work
- Illegal products or services
- Offensive, discriminatory, or explicit material
- Malicious software or code
- Any content that damages trust within the Wedly community

11. Fees, Memberships & Refunds
Subscriptions, memberships, featured listings, advertising, and promotional services are billed in advance.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- All sales are final.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund.
- Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Duplicate charges caused by technical errors may be refunded at Wedly’s discretion.

12. Listing Approval & Moderation
All listings are reviewed before publication.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Wedly may edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings or accounts that violate these Terms or are determined to be misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or inconsistent with Wedly’s mission.

13. Intellectual Property
All Wedly branding, logos, software, design, and platform content are owned by Wedly or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

14. Disclaimer
The Wedly platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Wedly does not guarantee:
- Vendor quality
- Vendor availability
- Pricing accuracy
- Booking success
- Platform availability
- Business growth
Users choose to work with vendors at their own discretion and risk.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business opportunities, or disputes between vendors and users.
Wedly’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user to Wedly during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wedly, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Wedly may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
